Are there any additional costs?
Staff costs:
Wait costs: $75 for 3 hours per staff member and $25 per hour per staff member for any additional hours.
Set up and clean up costs: $25 per hour (allow one hour before and one hour after the event for a semi formal occasion, allow 2 hours before and one hour after the event for silver service)
Delivery costs: All events catered in the Agonis building or Pioneer Park have complimentary delivery. All delivery costs outside of the Agonis building or Pioneer Park are charged at $25 per hour delivery plus $1.20 per kilometre (kilometre charged one way only).
Payment by credit card: A surcharge of 2% will apply to any payment by credit card.
Crockery hire:
	Per cup and saucer: 20c
	Per plate: 20c
	Knives/forks/spoons: 20c
	Urn: $10
	Serving platters: no hire charge but bond of $20 applies.
What happens to any left overs?
Any leftovers can be placed in containers for you to take home.
Do you have a pre-payment plan?
Pre-payment plans can be arranged by speaking to our friendly management staff. Our pre-payment plans work on a 10% deposit to confirm the booking and the remaining payments to be completed one week prior to the function. Cancellation will incur a fee. A 10% fee will be incurred for cancellations more than one week prior to function, less than one week 90% fee will be incurred and the day of the function 100% fee will be incurred.

At Bailey’s Coffee and Cream we endeavour to meet all of your requirements and to do so with a smile. We pride ourself on providing food of good quality and good value with service second to none. While selecting a caterer on price alone is not necessarily a wise move at Bailey’s Coffee and Cream you not only get competitive prices but excellent food and exceptional service.
Food is prepared in premises approved by Health Department.
What are your charges for children?
